This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the main technical authority on the Cyera Platform.
• Build trusted advisory relationships with clients ranging from practitioners to executives.
• Facilitate customer adoption through effective onboarding and training sessions.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, challenges, and targeted business outcomes.
• Create and present tailored use cases using a consultative methodology.
• Promote sustained adoption, customer value, and return on investment.
• Lead continuous customer engagement and growth initiatives.
• Identify and address obstacles to customer success in collaboration with colleagues.
• Champion customer feedback and shape the product roadmap and development process.
• Assist in customer education using self-paced training materials.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues impacting customers.
• Monitor and report on customer health and usage metrics.
• Develop success plans in partnership with customers.
• Document and disseminate best practices both internally and externally.
• Mentor colleagues and promote professional growth.
• Take part in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• An associate degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is advantageous.
• 12 years of experience demonstrating strong project management capabilities.
• Over 3 years of practical experience with data technologies and cloud services, including databases, cloud infrastructure, and basic administration.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Experience working collaboratively with Development teams.
• Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Python or similar), and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages, APIs, and web services.
• Preferred expertise in DLP, Data Privacy/Protection, DSPM/CSPM, SIEM, or vulnerability management with hands-on experience.
• Previous experience in a technical customer-facing role within a software company.
• Proven track record of managing customer relationships, including onboarding, renewal, and expansion.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer relations skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven capability in leading executive meetings and technical workshops.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex challenges effectively.
• Self-motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced, deadline-driven startup environment.
• Results-oriented mindset with a history of driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, feature adoption, and retention.
• Innovative team player who is proactive and self-driven.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% annually.
