Customer Success Associate – German/Italian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and proactively oversee a portfolio of high-value clients across European markets.

• Communicate with customers through a multichannel strategy.

• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers to establish trust as a primary client contact.

• Foster revenue growth, client retention, and product utilization within Finom’s suite of offerings.

• Recognize and implement upselling, cross-selling, and referral opportunities.

• Leverage account data, usage indicators, and portfolio trends to prioritize outreach and identify potential risks.

• Track account health and proactively engage with at-risk clients to avert churn.

• Ensure accurate tracking of pipeline, activities, and accounts in Salesforce.

• Utilize Modjo/AI call-intelligence tools to enhance performance and disseminate best practices.

• Assist clients throughout all stages of their lifecycle.

• Adhere to relevant AML guidelines, transaction monitoring, and internal procedures.

• Contribute to the growth of Finom's Revenue Function.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success roles within B2B SaaS or Fintech.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• A commercially driven mindset.

• Capability to utilize data for informed decision-making.

• Comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is advantageous.

• Native or near-native proficiency in German or Italian.

• Proficiency in English.
