Customer Success Analyst – Animal Science, Agronomy, Veterinary Medicine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee a customer portfolio by focusing on delivering continuous value and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

• Implement and follow up on strategic initiatives in collaboration with customers.

• Recognize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

• Assist in customer retention efforts and manage cancellation requests.

• Monitor accounts that show growth potential or are at risk.

• Conduct both remote and in-person meetings to assess customer needs and ensure their satisfaction.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers within the organization.

• Work with various teams to align initiatives and guarantee customer success.

• Track performance metrics and strive for continuous improvement of team outcomes.

• Review customer satisfaction surveys and implement measures to enhance the customer experience.

• Mentor and support colleagues.

• Lead initiatives aimed at process optimization.

• Serve as a subject-matter expert on the solutions provided, addressing concerns and demonstrating value to customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agronomy, or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in customer service and relationship management.

• Hands-on experience in the agribusiness sector and farm operations.

• Knowledge of the agribusiness market and its evolving trends.

• Advanced proficiency in CRM tools such as RD Station.

• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting purposes.

• Capability to understand processes comprehensively and make strategic decisions.

• Project management expertise, with familiarity in project management methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills when engaging with a variety of stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and partners.

• A valid Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.

• Preferred: experience in Customer Success.

• Preferred: familiarity with solutions like TGC, TGR, ECO, BEEF, and EFFICIENCY.
