Customer Services Collections

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Identify and reach out to debtors to discuss outstanding balances and their payment statuses

• Arrange payment plans, deadlines, or settlements for a portion of the debt

• Commit to 42 hours of work per week, enjoying 2 days off

• Work remotely from anywhere in Colombia

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level or above

• Previous experience in BPO and collections campaigns is preferred

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet targets

• Capable of working efficiently in a remote setting

• Completed Bachillerato / Educación Media

• At least 1 year of professional experience is advantageous

• Skills in collections are essential
