• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients organizing their vacations.

• Conduct research and manage travel alternatives, including vacation packages, cruises, tours, and hotel bookings.

• Address client inquiries and offer useful travel-related insights.

• Liaise with travel suppliers to verify reservations and booking particulars.

• Keep precise records of client interactions and travel arrangements.

• Stay updated on travel promotions, supplier news, and destination insights.

• Support clients before and after their travels when necessary.
