Customer Service Trainee – Dental

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Receive, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.

• Manage customer service inquiries and issues through telephone communication.

• Document all customer interactions clearly and thoroughly.

• Engage with customers via Chat, Phone, E-mail, and TEAMS.

• Educate callers to ensure resolution on the first contact.

• Complete roughly 22 weeks of training starting on December 7th.

• Work assigned rotating shifts from Monday to Friday after training, between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. ET.

• Be available for overtime as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service support position is necessary.

• Customer service experience in healthcare (including Dental), insurance, call center, retail, or any other customer-facing environment.

• Experience in receiving, investigating, and resolving customer inquiries with strong technical skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.

• Outstanding time management skills.

• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

• Independent, sound decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to converse and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while engaging with customers.

• Must successfully pass required assessments.

• Mandatory participation and attendance.

• Flexibility is required due to rotating schedules and adherence to assigned shifts.

• Availability for overtime as needed.
