This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Address inquiries from prospective and current students through phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
• Deliver precise information regarding driving courses, behind-the-wheel lesson packages, state licensing requirements, and preparations for road tests.
• Organize and oversee behind-the-wheel driving appointments.
• Align schedules for instructors and students.
• Assess student needs and promote additional driving packages, extra practice hours, and vehicle rental services for DMV tests.
• Follow up on leads from prospective students to encourage enrollment and achieve or surpass sales targets.
• Keep records of student enrollments, payment histories, and interactions within driving school management software and CRM systems.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts, cancellations, and customer complaints efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with driving instructors and management to enhance schedules and streamline the onboarding process for students.
• Remain informed about state driver licensing regulations, school policies, and current promotional offerings.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service, scheduling, or sales (experience in education, training programs, or dispatching is advantageous).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of scheduling or CRM software.
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and multitasking capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Patient and empathetic demeanor when interacting with anxious new drivers or concerned parents.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Degree related to business, communications, administration, or a similar field.
• Required English proficiency level: C1–C2 (fluent/native-level verbal and written English is necessary).
• Desktop/laptop with Intel Core i5 or equivalent hardware.
• Minimum of 8GB RAM.
