Customer Service Representative – Utility Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to renter customers in placing utility orders and detailing available options.

• Engage with renters through phone calls, text messages, and emails.

• Conduct outbound calls to follow up with renters.

• Reach out to utility providers as necessary.

• Confirm and verify the completion of utility orders.

• Offer additional support to clients or team activities as time permits.

• Keep team members informed about work progress proactively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be available for a 4-month contract period.

• Availability for full-time hours, including some weekends.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong persistence and follow-up skills.

• Capable of managing confidential and sensitive information securely.

• Willingness to undergo a standard background check.

• Comfortable with using and learning new technology.

• Ability to work with multiple applications and windows concurrently.

• Highly organized, capable of tracking numerous tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in multitasking.

• Friendly, approachable, and empathetic demeanor.

• Adaptable to changing processes and utility options.

• Goal-oriented and driven by targets.

• Must have a desktop or laptop computer with a stable internet connection.

• Previous experience in customer interactions within sales and/or customer service is preferred.
