
Customer Service Representative β Parent Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Deliver exceptional customer service to families via phone.
β’ Develop strong relationships with families, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
β’ Inform potential families about the evaluation appointment, treatment process, and insurance procedures.
β’ Accurately input patient registration details and schedule initial appointments.
β’ Identify potential conflicts or trends in each Clinic's schedule.
β’ Facilitate communication between referring physicians, insurance companies, and treatment clinics.
β’ Discuss cost share amounts, co-payments, and financial responsibilities with families.
β’ Manage varying call volumes across multiple queues, handling an average of 40 to 70 calls daily.
β’ Complete training on Cranial Technologies' procedures.
β’ 1 to 2 years of customer service or a related field experience.
β’ 1 to 2 years of experience working with computer software.
β’ Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
β’ Capability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
β’ Proactive attitude with the ability to quickly absorb new information.
β’ Professional demeanor in written and verbal communication with families, providers, and colleagues.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize daily tasks to effectively manage workload.
β’ Candidates must have authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.
