This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email regarding policies, endorsements, renewals, and general service inquiries.
• Retrieve and distribute certificates of insurance, declaration pages, and proof of coverage.
• Assist with renewals by collecting updated customer information and collaborating with licensed agents.
• Work alongside licensed agents to address complex issues and escalate inquiries that require specialized licensed expertise.
• Ensure accurate and comprehensive record-keeping across the CRM, agency management system, and carrier platforms.
• Recognize recurring customer issues and communicate opportunities for process enhancements.
• Provide general service and operational assistance as the team expands.
• Collaborate using Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack.
• Report directly to the Manager of Insurance Operations.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a role related to insurance.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong, professional communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple systems and priorities simultaneously.
• Good judgment in determining which issues can be resolved independently and which require a licensed agent's attention.
• Detail-oriented with patience for process-oriented tasks.
• This is a remote position based in the U.S.
• Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; preference for PST hours.
• Preferred: an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• Preferred: familiarity with CRM tools, AMS platforms, or carrier systems.
• Preferred: previous experience in insurance servicing or within an agency setting.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
