This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Respond to calls and emails from hospital personnel regarding equipment repairs and exchanges.
• Address customer product inquiries, concerns, or malfunctions through phone and chat sessions, prioritizing phone support as the main method.
• Leverage product knowledge to effectively answer and resolve customer inquiries.
• Accurately document customer interactions and recurring product issues.
• Contribute to product quality initiatives and product development efforts by documenting issues.
• Utilize internal knowledge bases and collaborate with colleagues via chat and escalation channels.
• Forward unresolved or complex technical issues to team leads or senior support personnel.
• High school diploma along with a minimum of 4 years of pertinent work experience.
• Relevant experience may encompass customer service, call center support, help desk, technical support, healthcare assistance, or other phone-based service roles.
• Excellent verbal communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
• Background in supporting healthcare, medical devices, or regulated products.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree must meet the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the entirety of employment.
