This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Address customer product inquiries, issues, or malfunctions through telephone and chat sessions, prioritizing phone support as the main channel.
• Leverage strong interpersonal skills and product expertise to effectively address and resolve customer inquiries.
• Accurately document customer interactions and recurring product issues to aid in product quality initiatives and development efforts.
• Utilize internal knowledge bases and collaborate with teammates through chat and escalation channels to tackle complex issues.
• Escalate unresolved or advanced technical concerns to team leads or senior support resources as required.
• Respond to calls and emails from hospital staff regarding equipment repairs and exchanges.
• Availability for work Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm Central Time.
• High school diploma along with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Relevant experience may encompass customer service, call center support, help desk, technical support, healthcare support, or other phone-based service roles.
• Strong verbal communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in supporting healthcare, medical devices, or regulated products.
• For degrees obtained outside of the United States, a qualification that meets the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
• Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the entire duration of employment.
• Annual Bonus: Target of 5%.
