📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries and deliver daily account assistance

• Assist with the onboarding process for vendors and customers

• Conduct credit evaluations and help oversee credit limits and account holds

• Execute invoice modifications

• Handle collections for a designated portfolio of accounts, adhering to a set collections schedule and escalation protocol

• Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to resolve account-related issues

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service and collections is mandatory

• Proficiency in English is essential, both in written and spoken forms

• Must be available to work during Eastern Time business hours

• Capable of independently managing a portfolio of accounts and taking responsibility for results

• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to adhere to standardized procedures for credit checks, account holds, and collections processes
