Customer Service Representative, Bilingual Spanish/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +33 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for clients

• Oversee both incoming and outgoing communications

• Utilize web-based platforms to address customer inquiries

• Engage with customers through phone, email, chat, and/or social media

• Effectively resolve and de-escalate issues

• Elevate interactions when necessary and appropriate

• Address assistance requests and/or process payments

• Monitor call-related data for auditing and reporting purposes

• Provide insights on call-related challenges

• Achieve specified sales targets

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• At least 6 months of customer service experience

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute

• Proficient with desktop computer systems

• Basic knowledge of Windows-based systems

• Experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred

• College degree is preferred but not mandatory

• Capability to collaborate with team members, supervisors, and support departments

• Excellent communication, listening, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform well under pressure

• Willingness to work within a structured schedule with various shifts

• A dedicated workspace near the router for a hardwired Ethernet connection

• Internet speed of at least 15 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload

• ISP latency under 50ms

• Internet connection must not be Satellite, Mobile Data hotspots, P2P, or VPN

• Proof of internet speed is required

• Must reside in one of the designated eligible U.S. states
