Customer Service Representative, Bilingual – Spanish, Part-Time, Weekends

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients

• Efficiently and professionally execute call center representative duties

• Address and manage customer telephone inquiries and complaints

• Respond to incoming calls promptly

• Provide tailored customer service by addressing inquiries

• Update and manage customer profiles with their current status

• Collaborate with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction

• Foster customer loyalty by fulfilling their expectations

• Assess customer issues and deliver logical, enduring solutions

• Process customer disputes in accordance with Regulation E

• Respond to relevant emails

• Establish and sustain effective collaboration with other departments and management

• Keep the supervisor updated on significant issues

• Communicate with the Fraud Department regarding potential fraudulent activities

• Maintain productive working relationships with the operations team

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Customer Service

• Proficiency in English and/or bilingual in English & Spanish

• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities

• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Skills in multitasking and organization

• Capacity to handle a high volume of calls and/or emails each day

• Ability to collaborate within a customer service team

• Attentiveness and patience

• Proficient time-management skills

• Must reside in the United States and have work authorization

• Transcard cannot provide visa sponsorship

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience

• Availability for the specified Eastern Standard Time schedule: Friday-Sunday, 12pm-8pm EST
