This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support student loan borrowers with inquiries regarding their accounts, repayment alternatives, and application processes.

• Manage both incoming and outgoing calls in a dynamic, high-volume contact center environment.

• Deliver precise, professional, and courteous assistance on every interaction.

• Adhere to federal regulations, organizational policies, and data security protocols.

• Achieve set performance metrics and uphold quality assurance benchmarks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a citizen of the United States.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• High School diploma or GED is required.

• At least 6 months of customer service experience in a business, non-retail environment or within a call center.

• Minimum of 6 months of computer experience in a professional setting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote).

• Capability to secure and maintain a Federal Public Trust (5c) security clearance.

• Must not be in default on federal student loans.

• Exhibit financial responsibility.

• No felony convictions within the last 7 years.

• Misdemeanor convictions in the past 7 years may affect eligibility.

• No non-medical collections amounting to $7,500 or more.

• Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection; wired Ethernet is required, Wi-Fi is not acceptable.

• A quiet, private, and distraction-free workspace at home is essential.

• No caregiving duties or other interruptions during scheduled work hours.

• Prior experience in a call center is preferred.

• An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Applicants residing in California, Hawaii, New York, Oregon, Washington, Illinois, and the city of Philadelphia are not eligible for consideration.
