This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver TruBridge Contact Center Support to clients and patients of Early Out Service.

• Assist with inbound and outbound patient communications from 8am–5pm PST, Monday to Friday.

• Achieve production targets for both inbound and outbound calls.

• Comply with quality assurance criteria.

• Ensure high-quality customer service by adhering to company and specific customer policies and procedures.

• Enhance job knowledge through educational opportunities provided by the company and become proficient in services and information systems.

• Safeguard confidential customer information.

• Handle various paperwork and documentation.

• Support callers with inquiries regarding medical billing and financial assistance programs.

• Establish payment plans and process payments.

• Schedule callbacks as required.

• Work collaboratively as a team member.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or call center management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be available for work from 8am–5pm PST, Monday to Friday.

• High-speed internet connection at home (not mobile-based) is mandatory.

• Capability to test home internet speed to ensure sufficient bandwidth.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to follow issues through to resolution.

• Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

• Preferred: at least one year of experience providing customer service support over the phone in a remote environment.

• Preferred: experience managing up to 100 customer interactions per day.
