This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver customer-centric support to essential business partners.
• Arrange appointments and initiate outreach calls for the EWC Behavioral Health program.
• Oversee email communications for Behavioral Health locations.
• Independently address customer inquiries that vary in complexity.
• Complete patient registration forms via MyChart.
• Utilize the Epic Electronic Health Record system to track self-scheduled appointments and ensure registration and insurance details are finalized.
• Handle incoming calls and conduct outbound calls for appointment confirmations and no-show follow-ups.
• Reach out to patients to reschedule appointments when clinicians are unavailable.
• Communicate with patients through email and send materials following presentations.
• Execute additional responsibilities that support the Behavioral Health program.
• A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in a Medical Office setting.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Capability to remain seated or work in a designated workspace throughout the entire work shift.
• Proficient data entry and typing skills.
• Competency in using a PC and multiple applications concurrently.
• Familiarity with Evernorth systems, MS Outlook, and Epic EMR is advantageous.
• Experience with Epic and MyChart is preferred.
• Ability to clearly and concisely articulate thoughts and information using proper business English and grammar.
• Capacity to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Maintain professional interactions with both internal and external customers.
• Adherence to HIPAA regulations and Evernorth Workplace Care guidelines.
• A dedicated home office located in the contiguous United States.
• Internet access through cable broadband or fiber optic service with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds.
