This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct telephonic appointment scheduling and outreach calls for the EWC Behavioral Health program.
• Manage email inboxes for Behavioral Health locations.
• Independently address customer inquiries of moderate to significant complexity.
• Arrange patient appointments.
• Complete registration documentation through MyChart.
• Utilize Epic EHR to track self-scheduled appointments and verify registration and insurance details.
• Handle incoming calls and perform outbound confirmation and no-show calls.
• Reach out to patients to rearrange appointments when clinicians are unavailable.
• Communicate with patients via email and distribute collateral following presentations.
• Execute additional responsibilities that support the Behavioral Health program.
• A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Medical Office setting.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong data entry and typing abilities.
• Proficient in using a PC and navigating multiple applications simultaneously.
• Experience with Epic and MyChart is preferred.
• Familiarity with Evernorth systems, MS Outlook, and Epic EMR is a plus.
• Ability to remain seated or work in a designated workspace for the entire shift.
• Proven ability to communicate in clear and concise business English with correct grammar.
• Capability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Professional interaction with both internal and external customers.
• Adherence to HIPAA regulations and Evernorth Workplace Care guidelines.
• A dedicated home office located within the contiguous United States.
• Cable broadband or fiber optic internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed for remote work.
