This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Respond to incoming calls from healthcare providers regarding Benefits, Appeals, Authorization Claims, and Codes
• Manage an average of over 50 calls each day
• Navigate through various applications across multiple screens while handling inbound calls
• Attend all training sessions and the first 90 days of employment without exception
• Address customer complaints using independent problem-solving skills to achieve one-call resolution
• Achieve or surpass call center performance metrics while delivering consistent customer service
• High School diploma or GED is mandatory
• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required
• A dedicated workspace free from distractions
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Programs
• Capability to navigate multiple screens and programs concurrently
• Familiarity with Medical Terminology
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speed when working remotely
