📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls from members, providers, and pharmacies regarding Pharmacy Benefit Management services and mail-order pharmacies.

• Manage approximately 70–80 calls on a daily basis.

• Handle consecutive calls while navigating multiple applications across various screens.

• Address customer complaints through independent problem-solving and aim for one-call resolution.

• Achieve or surpass call center performance metrics while delivering reliable customer service.

• Promote teamwork and collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment is essential.

• A dedicated workspace free from distractions is required.

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook are necessary.

• Excellent organizational abilities are a must.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Capability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations.

• Proficiency in computer usage and the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.

• Access to cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with a minimum speed of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload.

• Consistent and predictable attendance is required.

• Must be able to attend all training sessions and complete the first 90 days of employment without absence.
