Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +37 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for clients

• Oversee incoming and outgoing communications

• Address customer inquiries utilizing web-based tools

• Manage and respond to customer questions with care

• Deliver outstanding customer service through attentive listening

• Handle confidential customer information with sensitivity

• Strive to resolve issues on the initial call through proactive support

• Communicate effectively with customers

• Calmly address and de-escalate conflicts

• Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate

• Record call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

• Provide insights on call-related issues

• Upsell when necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Capability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute

• Familiarity with desktop computer systems and basic knowledge of Windows-based systems

• A dedicated workspace close to the router to ensure a hardwired Ethernet connection

• Minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload

• ISP latency under 50ms

• Internet connection must not be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN

• Proof of internet speed is required

• Previous customer service and/or sales experience is preferred

• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory
