📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for clients

• Oversee incoming and outgoing communications

• Employ web-based tools to address customer inquiries

• Manage and respond to customer questions

• Deliver exceptional customer service through attentive listening

• Treat confidential customer information with care

• Strive to resolve issues during the initial call

• Interact with customers in a professional manner

• Address and defuse issues effectively

• Escalate interactions when necessary

• Monitor call-related data for auditing and reporting purposes

• Provide insights on call-related issues

• Engage in upselling when necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute

• Comfortable using desktop computer systems with a general understanding of Windows-based platforms

• Preference for candidates with customer service and/or sales experience

• A college degree is preferred, though not mandatory

• Dedicated workspace close to the router for a hardwired Ethernet connection

• Internet speed of a minimum of 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, with ISP latency under 50ms

• Internet connection must not be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN

• Verification of internet speed is required
