Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Actively listen to customer concerns with empathy and patience.

• Deliver accurate and timely solutions utilizing available tools.

• Foster trust through courteous, responsive, and helpful interactions.

• Provide customer support via phone, chat, email, and social media.

• Assist with package tracking, returns, refunds, product information, and warranties.

• Navigate customers through website usage and product selection.

• Complete a paid orientation and full-time training during the first three weeks.

• Work assigned shifts according to availability and business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word).

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• A quiet, distraction-free workspace is essential.

• Internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload; wireless providers are not allowed.

• Required participation in all training sessions.

• Availability from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST; during peak season, from Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM CST.

• Preferred experience in hospitality, retail, food service, or call center settings.

• Preferred background in customer care and inbound call management.
