Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service over the phone for a renowned shoe brand.

• Foster strong customer relationships through effective and professional communication.

• Operate remotely using equipment supplied by the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent experience in customer service (Retail, Fast Food, Face-to-Face, or Call Center).

• A typing speed of 40 words per minute.

• Must have a hard-wired high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download speed.

• Candidates must reside in Texas or Arizona, with the exception of Houston.

• Availability for any shift within the operational hours: Monday–Sunday, 7 AM–6 PM MST.
