Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls while following up on submitted leads.

• Address customer inquiries via phone, text, and email.

• Conduct follow-ups with new leads and current opportunities.

• Arrange assessment appointments and ensure customer information is accurately maintained.

• Log calls, follow-ups, tasks, and lead statuses in the CRM system.

• Adhere to established booking procedures, territory guidelines, and Connect Center protocols.

• Escalate issues related to customers, franchises, or systems as necessary.

• Assist with additional Connect Center responsibilities during downtime, which may include managing social media comments, Google reviews, and other customer-facing tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, call center, sales, or a related field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proficient in managing both inbound and outbound calls.

• Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and meticulous attention to detail.

• A positive demeanor and a natural, friendly communication style.

• Adaptable, dependable, and comfortable working independently.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.

• Experience using HubSpot or a comparable CRM is a plus.

• Familiarity with appointment scheduling or lead follow-up is advantageous.

• Background in sales or lead generation is beneficial.

• Experience in supporting U.S.-based customers is a plus.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is an asset.
