This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for members, addressing questions and concerns with accuracy and efficiency.

• Provide assistance to customers regarding transportation inquiries and issues.

• Schedule, modify, and cancel reservations as needed.

• Gather and document customer complaints and feedback.

• Precisely record relevant customer information.

• Attend mandatory meetings and adhere to company policies and procedures.

• Maintain a satisfactory level of attendance and punctuality.

• Ensure accurate entry and documentation of trip data.

• Uphold a polite, professional, and courteous demeanor at all times.

• Escalate unresolved customer complaints to the appropriate departments for investigation and resolution.

• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.

• Support a 24/7/365 contact center, including nights, weekends, holidays, and necessary holiday coverage.

• Engage in additional projects or responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma is preferred.

• 0-2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role, particularly in high call volume and data entry, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

• Ability to swiftly learn new technologies and processes.

• Comprehend and follow complex instructions effectively.

• Capable of accurately typing at a minimum of 35 words per minute.

• Must possess high-speed internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds, with proof of speed test required.

• Ability to connect directly to the modem via hardwire.

• Dedicated workspace that is separate from other living areas to ensure the privacy of sensitive information.

• Must be able to attend 100% of the training and be on camera for the initial 30 days of employment.

• Residency in Maine is required.

• Capability to support overnight, night, weekend, holiday, and required holiday coverage schedules.

• Ability to sit for extended periods; frequent use of telephone, headset, and computer; data entry; occasional standing and walking; and lifting up to 10 lbs.
