📋 Description

• Successfully finish a virtual paid training program and pass weekly assessments

• Act as the main point of contact for customers with inquiries regarding utility services, including initiating or terminating service, billing issues, and payment support

• Respond to questions, resolve complaints, and assist customers in finding solutions

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products, services, and policies

• Accurately record customer interactions and transactions across various tools and platforms

• Work collaboratively with other departments to address issues and escalate complex problems

• Surpass customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics

• Recognize opportunities to enhance customer experience and optimize processes

• Stay informed about product knowledge and industry developments

• Adhere to defined operating hours, with flexibility for weekends and holidays

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Ability to remain focused on the phone for the duration of your shift with minimal distractions while performing constant sedentary work

• Proficient in computer technology, capable of managing multiple windows and tabs while delivering customer service over the phone

• Excellent attendance record

• High-speed internet with a direct ethernet connection to the router; minimum 50 Mbps download and 35 Mbps upload speeds

• WiFi must be disabled at all times

• Ensure Windows Updates are up to date

• Have a private, distraction-free home workspace with the capability to close a door

• Successfully complete the virtual paid training and weekly assessments

• Pass a drug screening

• Undergo a background check

• Submit three internet speed test results taken at different times of the day

• Provide three photos of your work-from-home setup

• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
