Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver contact center assistance to clients’ “Early Out Service” patients.

• Achieve production targets for both inbound and outbound calls.

• Adhere to quality assurance standards.

• Ensure high-quality customer service by complying with company policies and specific customer procedures.

• Enhance job knowledge through company-sponsored training programs and develop expertise in services and information systems.

• Safeguard confidential customer information.

• Manage various paperwork and documentation tasks.

• Support callers with inquiries related to medical billing and financial assistance programs.

• Establish payment plans and facilitate payment processing.

• Arrange callbacks when necessary.

• Collaborate effectively as a team member.

• Execute additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or call center management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability to work from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday.

• High-speed home internet connection (not reliant on cellular service).

• Capability to test home internet speed and verify sufficient bandwidth.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to following through on issues until resolved.

• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

• Preference for candidates with at least one year of customer service experience over the phone in a remote environment.
