This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver Contact Center Support to clients' Early Out Service patients.
• Achieve production targets for both inbound and outbound calls.
• Adhere to quality assurance standards.
• Ensure high-quality customer service by following company and customer-specific policies and procedures.
• Enhance job knowledge through company-sponsored educational opportunities and gain expertise in services and information systems.
• Safeguard customer information and maintain confidentiality.
• Manage miscellaneous paperwork and documentation.
• Assist callers with inquiries related to medical billing and financial assistance programs.
• Establish payment plans and process payments while upholding professional customer service standards.
• Schedule callbacks as necessary.
• Work collaboratively as a team member.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or call center management.
• Availability to work from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday.
• High-speed home internet (non-cellular) is essential.
• Capability to test home internet speed to ensure sufficient bandwidth.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to follow through on issues until resolution.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Preferred: at least one year of customer service experience via phone in a remote environment.
