📋 Description

• Participate in a comprehensive 4-week training program to focus on a particular consumer lending brand.

• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries.

• Manage customer questions, fulfill requests, and provide education about products and services.

• Process payments, develop payment plans, and resolve account-related issues.

• Provide exceptional support through strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Maintain customer accounts with precise and up-to-date information.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

• Previous experience in a call center is advantageous, but candidates should demonstrate a solid background in fast-paced customer service settings.

• Outstanding communication and active listening abilities.

• Demonstrated professionalism and empathy in customer interactions.

• Capability to excel in a high-volume work environment.

• Exceptional flexibility and multitasking capabilities.

• Comfortable with utilizing new technologies.

• Proven success in a remote work setting.

• Must reside in AZ, IA, ID, IL, IN, MN, MO, NM, NV, UT, WI, or WY.
