Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Respond to customer calls and handle inquiries or requests related to products and services.

• Identify and report areas of concern.

• Leverage systems and tools to provide assistance to customers.

• Offer recommendations based on customer requirements utilizing sales expertise.

• Facilitate the purchase of products and services through operational systems.

• Diagnose and resolve customers' technical difficulties.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through empathetic and consultative communication.

• Address complex issues and contribute to enhancements in processes.

• Turn challenging customer interactions into outstanding customer experiences.

• Provide support to customers during designated operating hours.

• Complete required business training and on-the-job training.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service.

• Proficiency with Windows-based computers.

• Consistent and dependable attendance.

• A private or secluded workspace within your home.

• Stable LAN or WLAN internet service with a minimum of 18 Mbps download and 12 Mbps upload, dedicated to DIRECTV tasks.

• A quiet, private area at home conducive to focusing and handling calls without distractions.

• Availability to assist customers during working hours: Monday–Friday 5:55 AM–8:00 PM and Saturday/Sunday 6:55 AM–8:00 PM MST.

• Willingness to provide holiday coverage and work occasional overtime as needed.

• Candidates must successfully complete position-related assessments or tests.

• Participate in all mandated training and on-the-job training sessions.
