• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through phone, email, and chat.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is advantageous.

• Proven experience in a customer service representative role or a similar customer-facing position, preferably in a remote environment.
