This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the release and collection of vehicles

• Liaise with body shops, vehicle owners, and insurance providers

• Verify vehicle pickup information and secure vehicle release authorization from body shops

• Acquire releases from vehicle owners

• Organize transportation, including three-way calls with shops or towing companies when necessary

• Aid in the removal of personal items

• Utilize the “DeCode This” tool to search VINs and collect vehicle information

• Keep precise records about each vehicle and all communications

• Achieve daily performance targets, including making over 100 calls and processing more than 60 live lots

• Attend weekly team meetings via Teams

• Adhere to Copart policies and procedures

• Support colleagues and undertake additional responsibilities as directed by management

⛳️ Requirements

• At least one year of office support experience in a customer service capacity

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Excellent communication skills, encompassing phone interactions and clear, concise writing

• Typing proficiency of 45 WPM

• Basic familiarity with 10-key

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Strong attention to detail

• Effective problem-solving abilities

• Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Professional virtual appearance
