📋 Description

• Oversee the scheduling and collection of vehicles

• Liaise with body shops, vehicle owners, and insurance providers

• Contact body shops to verify vehicle collection details and acquire release authorization

• Secure releases from vehicle owners

• Organize transportation, including three-way calls with shops or towing services when necessary

• Support the removal of personal items

• Utilize the “DeCode This” tool to look up VINs and collect vehicle data

• Keep precise notes in the system regarding each vehicle and all communications

• Achieve daily performance targets, such as making over 100 calls and processing more than 60 live lots

• Engage in weekly team meetings via Teams

• Adhere to Copart policies and regulations

• Support colleagues and undertake additional tasks as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• At least one year of office support experience in a customer service capacity

• High school diploma or GED equivalency

• Excellent communication abilities, encompassing both verbal and clear, concise written skills

• Typing proficiency of 45 words per minute

• Basic knowledge of 10-key functionality

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Strong attention to detail

• Capable problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Professional virtual demeanor
