This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist federal student loan borrowers via phone.

• Educate borrowers on their accounts, repayment alternatives, and application procedures.

• Manage both incoming and outgoing calls in a dynamic, high-volume contact center environment.

• Deliver precise, professional, and respectful support on every interaction.

• Adhere to federal regulations, company policies, and data security protocols.

• Achieve set performance metrics and quality assurance benchmarks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• High School diploma or GED required.

• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience in a business, non-retail environment or in a call center.

• At least 6 months of computer experience in a professional setting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote).

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust (5c) security clearance.

• Financial/credit history and background will be evaluated.

• Must not be in default on federal student loans.

• Proven financial responsibility.

• No felony convictions within the last 7 years.

• Misdemeanor convictions within the last 7 years may affect eligibility.

• No non-medical collections totaling $7,500 or more.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection; wired Ethernet is mandatory, no Wi-Fi.

• A quiet, private, and distraction-free home work environment is essential.

• No caregiving obligations or other interruptions during scheduled working hours.

• Preferred: Previous call center experience.

• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree.

• Applicants residing in California, Hawaii, New York, Oregon, Washington, Illinois, and the city of Philadelphia are not eligible for consideration.
