This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver prompt and precise customer support across all brands.

• Assist customers through various channels including inbound and outbound calls, email, live chat, walk-in, and will-call.

• Address inquiries regarding order cancellations, returns, shipping concerns, and other customer requirements.

• Provide fundamental product troubleshooting for key brands.

• Respond to questions related to hobby knowledge.

• Help customers with order processing.

• Answer questions pertaining to customer accounts.

• Suggest suitable actions for customer issues in line with departmental policies and procedures.

• Engage in product research, testing, and ongoing learning within the saltwater and freshwater aquarium sector.

• Contribute to the development of quarterly and annual project-based goals.

• Undertake self-directed tasks to aid in achieving team objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.

• At least one year of experience in telephone customer service, retail, or a related field.

• Knowledge of aquarium hobby and products.

• Previous experience with saltwater reef systems is advantageous.

• Familiarity with water elements and their roles within reef aquariums is a plus.

• Basic understanding of equipment utilized in the saltwater aquarium industry is beneficial.

• Capacity to acquire both basic and advanced knowledge of brand products.

• Strong commitment to customer service and adherence to company core values.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to focus despite interruptions.

• Ability to excel in a self-directed, motivated, entrepreneurial environment.

• Availability for approximately Monday to Friday, 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm CST, along with a Saturday shift.
