This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Address customer support tickets by answering inquiries and resolving issues related to current orders.

• Handle a high volume of phone calls to assist customers with their ongoing orders and guide new customers on how to place orders online.

• Respond to emails, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, as well as internal department questions regarding orders or payments, while also processing servers in the field.

• Log issues in Confluence for tracking purposes.

• Review court dockets for information on case filings and occasionally retrieve filed documents.

• Carry out additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• 1-3 years of experience in customer support or call center environments assisting customers over the phone.

• Familiarity with computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PDF Editor, and phone systems is preferred.

• Experience in document manipulation is required.

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Capability to transcribe information, review orders, investigate issues, and implement solutions.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.

• Capacity to maintain a high standard of work even in stressful situations.

• Skill in anticipating potential issues and finding ways to avoid them.

• Competence in adopting new processes and changes to enhance performance.

• A typing speed of at least 55 words per minute is necessary.
