📋 Description

• Address customer support inquiries by responding to tickets, providing answers to questions, and resolving issues related to current orders.

• Handle a high volume of phone calls to assist customers with their existing orders and guide new customers on how to place orders online.

• Respond to emails while addressing customer concerns and internal departmental inquiries regarding orders or payment, and process requests from field servers.

• Record issues in Confluence.

• Access court dockets for case filing information and occasionally retrieve filed documents.

• Carry out other job-related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required.

• 1-3 years of experience in customer support or call center environments assisting customers over the phone.

• Preferred experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PDF Editor, and phone systems.

• Experience in document manipulation.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Capable of transcribing information, reviewing orders, investigating issues, and implementing solutions.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.

• Maintain a high standard of work quality, even in stressful circumstances.

• Proactive in anticipating issues and finding ways to prevent them.

• Skilled in implementing new processes and adjustments to enhance performance.

• Typing speed of at least 55 words per minute.
