Customer Service Incident Coordinator, Swedish Speaking

📋 Description

• Conduct phone screenings and interviews with clients to collect information regarding incidents of breach, fraud, and/or identity theft.

• Analyze and review information to assess the severity of cases related to fraud, breach, or identity theft.

• Deliver professional and courteous customer service while providing expert assistance to affected clients and individuals.

• Manage the expectations of customers and clients during the incident resolution process.

• Serve as a primary point of contact between customers, clients, and internal specialists.

• Collect, organize, and preserve facts, statements, affidavits, and evidence that support breach remediation and identity theft claims.

• Draft letters, initiate phone communications, and coordinate with creditors, law enforcement, and government entities.

• Clarify available services and support options to customers.

• Consult with both potential and existing clients to assess the necessity for breach remediation.

• Escalate incidents that require assistance from other internal teams.

• Organize discussions, meetings, and provide updates.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both Swedish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a dynamic or client-facing environment.

• Availability to work the Monday-to-Friday shift from 10:30 to 19:00.
