Customer Service Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Interact with incoming customers both online and via telephone.

• Identify customer needs and assist them throughout the car-buying journey.

• Suggest vehicles tailored to customer preferences utilizing knowledge of the CarMax inventory.

• Support customers in navigating online sales, appraisals, financing applications, and scheduling vehicle deliveries.

• Ensure a seamless transition from online shopping to in-store purchase.

• Meet individual sales and performance goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Fulfill all necessary automotive salesperson licensing requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in retail or similar fields.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple customer interactions.

• Strong listening abilities and a customer-oriented approach.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Genesys or comparable contact center systems.

• Must reside within 60 miles or a 1-hour commute of the Customer Experience Center location.

• Capability to acquire an Automotive Salesperson License in relevant states, which may necessitate testing and travel.
