Customer Service, Back Office – Solar PV

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manage and oversee customer inquiries and cases within the back office

• Review and update customer information and order details

• Address inquiries regarding invoices, quotes, and bookings

• Assist with error reports, cancellations, and withdrawals

• Deliver customer support via phone and written communication

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior professional experience in the solar PV industry is essential

• Preferably, experience in customer service or administrative tasks

• Proficient in using computers and digital applications

• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken German

• Passion for communication and a strong service-oriented attitude
