This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.
• Assist customers via phone by providing product details and correcting account information.
• Ensure that all customer documentation is accurate and complete.
• Submit correct paperwork for additional evaluation.
• Update and manage customer account details and records.
• Verify information and detect as well as resolve document-related issues.
• Identify root causes and propose suitable solutions.
• Accelerate corrections or adjustments and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
• Handle typing, data validation, customer interactions, and multiple tasks concurrently.
• Maintain a reliable schedule for customer appointments.
• Deliver prompt and dependable customer service.
• Recognize customer needs, clarify information, research, and offer solutions or alternatives.
• Access company and client resources to effectively manage calls.
• Efficiently navigate online resources.
• Maintain punctuality and attendance during scheduled times.
• Uphold a positive and professional demeanor in customer interactions.
• Participate in cross-training as needed.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and chat messages.
• Collect payment details and process transactions.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or customer support is required.
• At least 1 year of prior experience in a call center or office environment is necessary.
• Technically adept, including the ability to switch between various programs and dual monitors.
• Strong telephone and verbal communication skills, along with effective active listening abilities.
• Background check must comply with state and federal regulations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Effective time management abilities.
• Capability to manage challenging customers while remaining calm and professional.
• Proven track record of delivering world-class customer service consistently.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficient with screen-sharing software and general office technology.
• Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
• Shift differential: an additional $1/hour for night and weekend shifts.
• Potential pay increase after 90 days based on attendance and performance.
• Paid training, typically lasting 1 week.
• Full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week.
