This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.
• Respond to telephone inquiries from customers regarding clients’ products and services.
• Deliver exceptional service with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Assist clients with questions about debit card rewards, orders, and account balances.
• Handle a high volume of incoming calls efficiently and promptly.
• Adhere to communication protocols for various topics.
• Assess customer needs, clarify details, research, and offer solutions or alternatives.
• Utilize company and client resources to effectively manage calls.
• Promote additional products when suitable opportunities arise.
• Transition between tasks seamlessly without sacrificing efficiency or composure.
• Ensure punctuality and attendance for all scheduled shifts.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during customer interactions.
• Participate in cross-training as required.
• Preferred 3–6 months of experience in customer service or customer support.
• Previous 3–6 months of experience in a call center or office environment is a plus.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Quick to learn and capable of working independently.
• Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening abilities.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A background check compliant with state and federal regulations will be required.
• Must provide personal equipment and workspace.
• Verified secure, reliable, dedicated high-speed internet connection.
• Established workspace with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection.
• Intel® Core™ i5-8250U Series processor or higher.
• 8GB RAM on Windows 10 or 11 64 bits.
• Screen resolution must be 1280x768 or higher.
• Dual monitor setup.
• USB DSP headset required.
• Laptop or desktop computer; Chromebooks, netbooks, and tablets are not permitted.
• Up-to-date antivirus software must be installed and recent scans completed.
• Firewall must be enabled.
• Hardwired connection to modem or router is necessary; Wi-Fi or extenders are not allowed.
• Availability to work on the first and last business day of each month is essential.
• Shift differential: an additional $1/hr for working nights and weekends.
• Paid training, generally lasting 2–5 days.
• Temporary scheduling options available, ranging from 20–40 hours per week, either full-time or part-time.
• Opportunity to work from home.
