Customer Service and Order Processing for Print Media

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests, offering expert guidance on feasibility.

• Collaborate with customers to identify optimal solutions for their challenges.

• Manage orders from the initial inquiry stage through to timely delivery.

• Proactively assist customers to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

• Independently handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.

• Calculate and prepare quotes tailored to customer specifications.

• Coordinate print feasibility discussions with customers.

• Advise customers on product options and alternatives.

• Offer support for inquiries and order processing.

• Efficiently record, plan, and process orders with reliability.

• Actively cultivate and enhance existing customer relationships.

• Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification.

• A quick learner who is eager to acquire new knowledge.

• Experience in promotional products, printing, and graphic design is a plus.

• Several years of professional experience in a relevant field.
