Customer Service and Checkout Host

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Greet customers at various points of contact within the store, such as reception, checkout, and phone inquiries.

• Provide services that streamline and tailor the purchasing experience to meet customers’ needs.

• Oversee all activities related to reception, including handling merchandise returns, addressing customer complaints, and managing click-and-collect orders.

• Ensure merchandise compliance and finalize purchase transactions.

• Adhere to all checkout protocols and shrinkage prevention measures.
