This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

• Execute direct selling activities at retailer, distributor, and wholesaler headquarters to enhance company sales.

• Oversee assigned brokers to implement company strategies and achieve intended outcomes.

• Ensure broker resources align with company goals and conduct regular broker evaluations.

• Organize and participate in key account meetings and reviews that align with the company’s interests.

• Maintain corporate-mandated profit contribution levels by effectively managing allocated spending budgets.

• Leverage syndicated data to pinpoint opportunities and provide management with post-analysis insights.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Management to identify opportunities and create regional initiatives.

• Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in Business, Economics, Marketing, or Finance.

• A minimum of 8-10 years of field sales experience is required.

• Experience with ADUSA is preferred.

• In-depth understanding of the retail/grocery sector.

• Familiarity with national account policies, strategies, and operational procedures.

• Comprehensive knowledge of syndicated data information sources, such as AC Nielsen.

• Proven experience working with regional grocery chains.

• Demonstrated expertise in broker management and motivational techniques.

• Proven ability to utilize technology to assess sales performance and profitability.

• Willingness to travel 25-50% nationally.
