Customer Sales Advisor, Vodafone

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Deliver first-level inbound support for current customers.

• Aid customers in resolving technical problems related to TV, phone, and internet services.

• Recognize customer requirements and potential sales opportunities.

• Offer needs-based product recommendations and enhance contracts during each customer interaction.

• Effectively present appropriate Vodafone products with a strong emphasis on sales.

• Complete a five-week paid training program during a fixed early shift from Monday to Friday.

• Follow a two-shift work schedule from Monday to Sunday between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. after training.

• Commit to 40 hours per week on a five-day schedule, with shifts organized several weeks in advance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in using computers.

• Capable of managing simple technical issues.

• Focused on customer service with strong sales abilities.

• Approachable, persuasive, and empathetic in a sales setting.

• Fluent in German with excellent verbal communication skills.

• Minimum of one year of call center experience, preferably in technical services within the telecommunications sector, or at least one year of sales experience.

• Dependable and self-driven when working remotely.

• Must be a resident of Germany.

• Must be willing and able to consistently work the specified hours.

• Must be available for shifts from Monday to Sunday between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.

• Must be willing to work every other weekend, with compensatory time off during the week.
