Customer Research Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Educate and train clients on the features and functionalities of Dscout.

• Offer recommendations for the design of clients’ research projects on Dscout.

• Support clients throughout their research projects, including planning, designing, recruiting, fielding, analysis, and engagement.

• Assist in the development of training and educational resources.

• Help with billing and other administrative tasks for clients.

• Provide guidance and support to research participants.

• Relay client feedback internally to enhance Dscout’s product offerings.

• Collaborate with Lead Research Advisors and teams from product, engineering, and sales.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS in design research, psychology, anthropology, sociology, market research, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• 1–4 years of relevant professional experience (excluding internships).

• 2–4 years of experience in client-facing roles or similar capacities.

• Proven experience in client service and relationship management.

• Ability to interpret clients’ needs and consistently meet or exceed their expectations.

• Strong skills in project and time management.

• Capability to manage multiple projects involving various stakeholders.

• Passionate about and knowledgeable in user research, UX, and/or consumer research.

• Interest or experience in performing qualitative analysis.

• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

• Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.

• Must be located in Chicago, Austin, or San Francisco.

• An MA/MS is preferred but not mandatory.
