This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assume responsibility for new clients immediately following contract finalization.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings to clarify requirements, timelines, and roles.
• Collaborate with the Data team to coordinate the technical integration of practice management systems.
• Assist in the installation of ETL software and liaise with practice IT teams or external IT service providers.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, serving as their primary point of contact during the onboarding process.
• Oversee ongoing onboarding projects, monitor commitments and deadlines, and support clients in achieving productivity swiftly.
• Enhance customer onboarding through standardization, automation, and incorporating AI technologies.
• Leverage project experience to refine processes.
• Contribute to shaping Customer Success post-go-live and develop a scalable customer support framework.
• Proven experience in managing customer relationships, such as in onboarding, implementation, Customer Success, Account Management, or project management with direct client interaction.
• Ownership mindset: take charge of customers and projects, driving initiatives to successful completion independently.
• Solid understanding of interfaces, databases, and IT infrastructure.
• Eagerness to learn and engage with new technical subjects.
• Independent and organized work style.
• Capability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks independently.
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for direct customer engagement.
• Nice to have: Experience in the outpatient healthcare sector, preferably with practice management systems.
• Nice to have: Background in a SaaS or software environment.
• Nice to have: Experience in developing processes and documentation.
